Doing nothing

Everybody always tells me I never stop running an that I need to take a break, so today I did nothing but lay on the couch and watch tv, go to the grocery store and play sim city on my iPhone. Instead of feeling relaxed and reset, though, I feel lazy, and anxious, and um, unmotivated I guess. Oh well, tomorrow is a full day, it will make me feel
