Hahaha, Ryland! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment - I appreciate it completely and I agree with you on many points. I definantly see how change is possible through ideas - but I meant change in terms of Human existence in general. I'm not putting science down because obviously, without science, this form of communication would be impossible. I'm not doubting that & I'm not saying science hasn't helped. I'm just putting out an idea - an idea that not many people think about. Much like the girl below me who thinks I AM the ignorant one because I don't necessarily believe in modern medicine and I think time is a man made conept..

ahoy! welll...# 1 i don't believe in time either...or really I just know that the time we are structured by isn’t innate… life is unending, and like val says we create it to be at work on time ..haha for example when josh Valerie and I woke up at 7pmish on Sunday and stayed up till 4pm on Monday so we could have school at the end of our day… time is ongoing and we just sleep and act randomly whenever

i think it might be difficult to argue the legitimacy of time... and dont get caught up in words, kids in government. staying up all night for new years of the last ngiht of winter break hardly proves anything against that. i remember how empty the streets were, and thinking about all the people sleeping inside their houses. some things are socially constructed. but us staying up is like improvisation within a structure, like jazz music and 11th grade. regardless, i dont think you can argue against the lunar calendar and the cnaging of seasons. to not "believe in time" doesnt really make sense. i disagree with a lot of what you said. mauybe all of it. but dont hate on einstein

Whoa, I never thought I would see the day - but hey, I guess everyone eventually falls into it.
Anyways - I was argueing the legitimacy of hourly time - obviously I notice a change in seasons? But hourly time WAS constructed for social purposes - getting to work on time? The invention of clocks? Yes, I do notice the change in night & day also. Also, I wasn't "hating" on einstein - just because I question something doesn't automatically mean I'm against it. My whole post was an entire question - a view that's out there - an arguement. It doesn't necessarily mean that all I said was what I heartily believe. I obviously don't think einstein was stupid/any other kid on the block. But if you read my post carefully, I did say that I don't think he got any closer to answering any of life's really important questions than any of us - he just came up with another theory?
So who's to say who's right or wrong?
