11062014 Day 7 of Captivity

Two calls this evening. One deferred to tomorrow, the other will be a gamble as the operator couldn't speak much English
and sought a “dump and run”. The machine will “phone home” if it's a field replaceable part, if it's down hard
-systems crash and other groups become involved. All is quiet, so minor issue.

As an Operator, proper communication of the issue is key... but I've never been in an organization that is anywhere near as big as your outfit.
