WiFi access at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal

I popped open my Powerbook to do some coding at the ferry terminal as I'd missed the earlier ferry and was waiting for the next. When I found out the Columbus, Ohio, airport (at which I spend so much time) had free WiFi, I was the happiest woman alive.

With free wifi getting more and more widespread, I wonder how long people will persist in trying to charge for it?

I can understand the charge in a hotel, but it's silly that people will pay for wifi at Starbucks.
