so we finally had this US wedding reception this weekend, only a year and five months after the actual wedding. other than the unrelenting torrential downpour, the party really went off without a hitch. we had a lot of people helping, and much credit is owed to them. my mother insisted that we have a professional photographer, but those photos won' ( Read more... )

we said we wanted a cake that was lego-themed without being over-the-top cheesy. what you see is what they came up with. pretty sweet!
