I will go to superhuman lengths to avoid crying in public. :-/ That really sucks about your dad. Parents can be so wtf sometimes.

That said, yay sequencing/forward progress! I hope it provides some answers.

Ugh. I feel the same way about crying in public.

If I was there, I would drive you. :( I'm really glad you're making some progress on all this stuff and all I can hope for are some answers in the future. I know how difficult it is to not have them.

Also, your parents really piss me off sometimes.

After the flurry of interviews with CG, I have a newfound respect for the collection of curious insights and a-ha moments that go into the ability to sequence a genome.

It's pretty awesome to see the collective might of that intellectual achievement go to bat for a friend of mine.
