Ouch!

GRrrrrr! Im so fucking pissed off and annoyed right now. Firstly I wake up with a bad headache due to having a bit of a migrane yesterday and also due to the fact Andys alarm was SO loud and he slept right through it!! Anyway I get dressed etc and leave to go to my class only to take one step out the entrance door and slip and fall flat on my back

oh jo i hope u feel better soon, ice can be so bloody dangerous! and injuring your back can cause real problems, if you still feel bad tommorro id go to the doctors. Get well soon!

Thanks :) yeah i will prob go dr's if its not better tomorrow especially since im at placement and work thurs and fri its gonna kill sitting in the floor or on tiny seats :( I got some extra strength ibuprofen today but they havent even touched on the pain. The annoying thing is I have a huge pile of work and assessments to do for next week and I can't sit in an upright position for a long time atm.
