So I'm in bed this morning and usually I get up early because it's trash day and the trucks are really loud and make about forty stops on my street and one truck has really loud air brakes... but the trash never came and I woke up late. It was fun though...
Most people who played along posted all day but I choose to believe that if there were a real zombie outbreak I wouldn't have the time to post, and I suspect that the ability to post would go bye bye soonafter an outbreak began.

Anyway... glad you were entertained by the sillyness.

I am a total zombie fan (read both Max Brooks books, the Kirkland comics and seen ALL the movies).

But why have zombies become so popular lately?

There has definitely been a resurgance. They came back to life in full force over the past five years... Shaun of the Dead, 28 Days Later and the remake of Dawn of the Dead were each so good that I think everyone finally saw how great the zombie genre can be.

I also have theories about visions of dystopia during periods of social/political unrest but that's a whole nother entry.
