My shoulder is killing me. The burning pain has come back, and now I'm getting these twinges in my forearm. The physical therapy I'm doing is helping, but I can't wait for the ultrasound this week.

Time to go watch some TV or read instead of the computer. I just watched Alien for the first time last night, creepy.

lol it's all good. the Alien series is just one of those series that everyone should see anyway :) i'm a huge movie buff so i'm glad ur watching them lol.
