My first day in Africa. :) I think it is pretty funny here... Ivory Coast has very strong french post-collonial flavour. Speaking local dialects is forbidden (plus, there are 30 of them here, in the country), so everyone just goes french. Talking to people in english is hard. all menus in restorants are in french, sundays - everything is closed (
