The Mental State
Food-wise: I did really well. I still could have/should have eaten more for breakfast, but at least I ate something. It made me hungry much earlier in the day than when I don't eat breakfast. A mid-morning snack wouldn't be a bad thing, as long as I choose something healthy :) I made a good choice at lunch with the applesauce instead of fries or chips, and the pumpernickel bread was definitely a plus. Also, I scraped off about half of the cole slaw and thousand island dressing from my special. And look at all that water!
Exercise-wise: I had to turn down the pace to 2.8 about halfway through my hour tonight. I'm okay with that. Also, Rob set up Rock Band for my Wii, and we played a bit afterward. Does that count as exercise? :)
