I know it's in Japanese, but I guess this is supposed to be some kind of educational program. That first caption you see I think asks what the blanket octopus uses to protect it's body. Then I imagine they're discussing it.
Luckily, Davy has a much better sex life (at least in our minds) than this little guy. When it comes across a female, it fills a tentacle with sperm and gives it to the female. She goes off to make babies and he dies. But I thought as far as octopuses go, it was actually kinda pretty.
