What do boys mean when they say things that aren't what they mean? Also, how honest is too honest? And do you think it matters how old you are when you start dating?

Oh! And this isn't exactly about boys, but how old is a good age to start wearing make up? And how do you wear eyeliner? I can never get it to go on right, not that I tried!

Probably the opposite of what they say. So honest that you hurt other people's feelings when you say it. Generally it's better to wait until the mid-to-late teens so you have a chance to mature.

Probably early-to-mid teens, it's a good skill to have so practice makes perfect. Unfortunately I don't have eyes that require liner so I won't be too helpful with that, but a lady with more experience should be able to point you in the right direction.
