Rofl. That's soooo funny. When people call our computer store, they don't always get someone IN the store. So, sometimes when they get a national person and that person checks the computer stock it says we have some, then the customer comes into the store to find we don't have the item they were told they had. They always get so mad and end up storming out of the store, like us little peons can control the way CompUSA does it's phone service. I love it, like I can make any kind of rules or policies.... wouldn't that be nice.

Our computer stock is always messed up. I hate having to deal with someone who can't stop yelling "But you have 15!".

Same with ours. If I see we have like two or three, I always tell them that we don't have any, just to keep confusion down later. Some associates are dumb and tell the customer how many we have... we always tell them not to, lol. BTW I love your icons, do you make them yourself?

Okay so its been like almost a month since you posted this, but it's my first time reading it, and let me tell you I don't remember the situation or if it were me that delt with B-L. But I sure hope it was 'cause that makes this story/post soooooooo much funnier (for me any how).
