how are you?

I had planned to start posting regularly, but the habit I got into (over the last year or so) of lurking and not posting has yet to be broken.

In any event, the last couple of years got progressively worse, and in the end, I am back in Mississippi. However, things are much better now than they were eighteen months ago.

Eva's father and I finally were able to resolve many issues (over her) between us, and I chose to let her remain in Birmingham when it came time for me to return here. She is doing fine, and will turn NINE next month.

Meanwhile, I have begun my return to student life with one online course this summer (almost over), and plans to take two more this Fall (pending financial aid approval).

I hope things have been more settled in your life (compared to mine).

I recently "discovered" Torchwood, which, in turn, led me back to Doctor Who. Am about to finish Series 1 (have just reached the Captain Jack eps). Started with renting via Netflix, but loved it so much, that I went ahead and Ebay'd both it and Series 3. Am still trying to obtain Series 2 set, as I prefer to watch things in order, so am using Netflix for now. One of Mom's bosses is seriously Whovian, and had already downloaded all of Series 4, so I have a burned copy of it ( ... )
