This recipe is different from any red velvet one I've seen. May I ask where you got it? Also, I've only ever frosted it with cream cheese frosting, so that's unusual too. It's a huge PITA to use though, because it's so thick and you have to be so careful to avoid getting pieces of cake in it. :P
