What is "traditional Swedish food" usually? Especially, what kind of desserts do they have?

I'm not actually sure (other than, you know meatballs), I never got to actually try any, which is my one big regret from the trip. The food we were generally served was very healthy, but any pastries we were given were pretty much automatically awesome, and there were these chocolate creampuff things everywhere that were really great.
