[After everything that had been happening lately, things just managed to keep getting worse-- and weirder, for that matter. He could hardly believe it when he saw it, but there was no mistaking that those were definitely Noise running about... and attacking that random person. But, wait-- Noise couldn't be defeated unless a pact was formed, right? Did the rules of the Game still apply here...? If he couldn't harm them, it would be pretty stupid to charge at them, right?]

Wha-- Hey!

[He had stayed put so he could be sure the other obeyed, but he was still considering following through with the extermination of the Noise once the path was clear. Unfortunately, he didn't even get that chance seeing as he was whisked away before he even realized it. This guy was running way too fast and Neku was having trouble keeping up. He wanted to tell him to stop, but it was taking all of his breath just to concentrate on keeping his balance.]

[By the time they've stopped, Neku is entirely out of breath. Still, he checks around him, and it doesn't seem like the Noise followed. He wondered if they could even run that fast, jeez. Until just now, Neku didn't know he could. After taking a few moments to get some air back inside of him, he turns toward the other.]
