Rei took a quick glance a Masao and noticed the bruising. At that moment he didn't regret slapping Kira the day before when he was worried that his friend didn't show up after a night were Kira was with a girl rather then Masao.

Masao glanced over at Rei. He hadn't spoken to him over the past couple of days. Rei had sent him a picture text a few days ago on Thanksgiving Day. The picture was of Kira and some female. The image was on Masao's mind a lot lately. It was a perfect ending to such a horrible day Thursday.

Homeroom was nearly over. Hashimoto had said all he wanted to say. Since it was first hour, they had no homework to work on, unless they were slacking. This was the only time Hashimoto allowed for talking. He figured he'd let them get it out of their system before classes began.

Masao moved to a seat near Rei. He remained quiet after moving, debating in his head how to sort his running thoughts. He needed to know more about the picture. "You sent me something...on Thursday," he began slowly. "Of Kira."

Rei thought for a moment. "Yes...I did. Why?"

"What was it?" Masao questioned.

Sumara didn't know what to do with herself so she took out some paper and started writing out a workout routine for when she got home. She felt like she was slacking in her daily excersise since her move and didn't want it to show. Her paper quickly became filled with ideas and activities.

Kasumi sighed aloud. There wasn't anything remotely interesting happening today. She took little notice of Masao's injuries; there was nothing about them that was significantly noteworthy.
