Hi. I'm back, and in a better state of mind these days. I've moved to North Haven with my sister, and made a bunch of new friends. Justin is essentially out of my life... so no more drama to that effect. I know it took me 2 years, but i finally realized exactly how bad he is for me. My job is terrible but I'm always on the hunt for a new one so

Still seems like a bummer since you seemed to be in a much better place when last we talked. What happened with school? I hope you find at least a somewhat better job soon.

And what do you mean no marketable skills. You have tons of management experiences. It doesn't matter what the business is. You could handle any supervisory position anywhere. Now how to get people to see that? Hmmm.

people don't see it.. they see.. 10 years of foodservice so i must be too stupid or socially inept to get a job elsewhere.

sorry to hear things haven't been working out for you.
You need to be in the right place for school to work out sometimes, it's hard to be secure in yourself when parts of your life are in turmoil. It will happen in time for you I hope. It does seem to be the route up the ladder of life, so to speak.
In the meantime, leverage your skills in food service as best you can to at least get the best job in food service available. Whatever is the least back-breaking and best paying...catering? bartending?
