Walk With Me

Today I decided to document my walk with Abby, taking pictures of what I see on our path. Abby's a cutie all her own, but I love the character of the places I see along the way and the beauty of the nature I get to enjoy (almost) every day. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did ( Read more... )

Thanks! :) When I talk about making it to the "Pink Church" on FB, that's the one. The inside is spectacular - you'd have a field day taking pictures! :) It's a cathedral with stained glass and a huge organ. Just wow.

It was fun putting the story together. :) It WAS beautiful! I caught it between rain showers. :)

I really really enjoyed that, it was like being on the walk with you in a way. Such a cute neighbourhood and beautiful.
Great idea to document it like that, Cristy.
I need to do that..when I move to a prettier place ;) Otherwise it'd be "cars" - "more cars" - :P

Have a nice weekend.

Love the boarded-up house! I always want to take pictures of buildings like that, too. It's funny, though-I kind of assumed you lived out in the middle of nowhere. This is a town!

My guess is they have pot plants everywhere. :)

That's funny that you say that - my mom thought the same thing before she visited us one Christmas. We're actually just blocks away from downtown. That's just the way WV is - nature everywhere and small town feeling. Though there are some rough spots, I really love our neighborhood. We're a block away from a park that overlooks downtown and the rivers, too. It's amazing.
