I like Mitchell's inner dialogue, and the sense of rising fear. Herrick's return was a shock in episode eight, and you've captured the horror of that here, as well as Mitchell's frantic energy.

Like mylittlestorys, I can totally see this happening on the show, Herrick is evil enough to not kill Mitchell but make him suffer for a very long, long time.
