feeling creative but crunched on time

I bought another pattern for a sun dress at Wally World this weekend.  It is this one.  From Simplicity.  The pattern only cost $2.50 so I couldn't pass it up.  It will go in my stash until I find the perfect fabric to make it.

My apron has been on the back burner because of the hubbub with the little guy's birthday party plans.  I did pick up some

Ergh. Good luck with your maters and flowers. It is sooo hard for me to grow things form seedlings. They look sooo good for about a week, getting stronger and longer and greener every day. Then all of a sudden they take a dive and I can't revive them. :o( I've been trying to grow clover since 3.17 and it's just not working out. They're taller than they've been yet but they're still only an inch high. Last year I grew all of those different herbs and none but the basil worked out.
