Through the Wire just came on and I thought about the Real World that one of the girls got her jaw wired shut to lose weight. Which season was that? It was early because it was before I started watching it. I just remember walking out into the living room and seeing my mom watching it and being confused why someone would want to eat through a straw

It was the same season as big fat Beth. There was an incident with a blanket being pulled off of her by (I think) David (whose face Puck spit in during some other challenge) which resulted in David being kicked off of his season. Apparently she was naked under the blanket and was laughing during the time, but then accused him of like trying to assault her. Also, I recall her working at an AIDS clinic and having to talk to people through her wires.

The Real World used to be soooo much better.

It was LA .... and she so had clothes on under the blanket, she was lame and had TBOZ hair. Also there was a gay on that season that had a shirt that said "I'm not gay but my girlfriend is." Um, shut up. And then country singer John got really confused b/c he was from the south.

Also, Kanye sang through wires ... and you hated him then.
