It's kind of odd. My life has once more not gone the way I had hoped it would. I guess I never really said anything about it, I stay pretty busy with lab work and studying hard core lately and before that with classes or XI or just about anything/everything. Does your group in FFXI have a leader? (Never played it or other MMO's, so I'm not sure how that works...) But if so, I would contact the group leader and talk to him/her about it, because that is harrassment. If not the group leader, than a GM or whoever who can forcibly kick him out. You should not have to leave the group just because he is harrassing you, hon. And if anyone else in your group ever questions the action, all you have to tell them is that it was harrassment - you shouldn't have to say anything else about it if it makes you uncomfortable. (Though if you are good friends with some of them and you feel comfortable enough talking to them about it, then I wouldn't discourage that.)

At the same time, ignore all phone calls and email messages. If at all possible, have him blocked.

If he ever starts to physically hound you, especially around campus, go to their public safety with a picture of him (even one printed off of MySpace would work) and speak with them about him and his behavior. If it ever gets bad off- ( ... )

*HUGS* I didn't realize he was that much of a creep, though I did get a bad vibe off of him when we talked on the phone. You're way better off without someone who's bent on controlling you; you're brilliant and beautiful and a good friend to boot. And if you need to vent. I could give you a call sometime soon.
