nice work. Loving the little dialogue of the safety word. Abby seems a little sure of how the night will go is she thinks she doesn't need a word lol. I do love the word though lol!

Supposing you're referring to the idea of Abby as the sub and Ziva as the dom, I'll just say this: you never can tell exactly what people are gonna be like in bed, sometimes people can really surprise you. But the fact that you can at least see it is good. I'd hate to lose my (ha!) credibility. ;)

I agree with this wholeheartedly as a lifestyle BDSMer, People would be surprised as who plays what part in a kink relationship.

agreed, I always felt abs being the Domme was always much more OOC for me but people have made it work, perhaps because you can't always take people's outward appearances and attitudes as what they will be like in another setting.

The point you make there is very, very true. But to me, Abby always seems very open about her preferences - she likes to feel protected and safe in her personal life, there have been some instances in canon where she wants to give up control to someone, which she can't handle in her lab. That duality, for me, makes it more real.

Then again, I have indeed read fics where it worked.

always best to have one from the start yu never know what quirk a partner may hate, my last Domme had a intense fear of slime or wet things by her ear for example. I have given my safe word without ever becoming sexually involved with a partner.
