For those who aren't following me on FB, I am not happy with Toys R Us right now. I placed an online order on black Friday and it has never been fulfilled. When I called to enquire about it, the person on the phone ended up having to step away for a minute and left me on hold for a good 10-15 minutes until I abandoned the call. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you so, but it's not like Toys R Us gives a damn. Who cares if one handicapped kid is gonna have a lousy xmas, there are plenty of other able bodied kids with well off parents who can buy them whatever they want, whenever they want, probably from Toys R Us. Out of sight, out of mind.

I hope you get things resolved to your satisfaction.

Have you already been billed for the order? I mean, is it paid for? If so, I suggest trying to go to your local TRU and begging for the fulfillment. Remember, anyone you talk to at the Brick-and-mortar store is getting screwed by the Evil Corporation, too.

I suggest this because I know my grandboss would get on the phone and start Making It Right. OTOH, I don't work for TRU.
