Ben wakes up, no internet/phone/tv. Frown, uses mothers cell to call comcast and ask wtf. They say 4-24 hrs til its back up, some downtime. Eh, ill deal. Going out with Amanda that day anyway (only to be spited by rain). Day 2, returns home from work, calls them again. They decide to send tech guy out, arg. Not here til 10? wtf i want sleep, guy
