911 in Nebraska

According to a report on the Today show Nebraska is one of the few states that does not require any sort of training or licensing for their 911 operators. No CPR training or anything. Also the 911 surcharges from our phone bills does not get used solely for 911 funding ( Read more... )

I would think you should go state senators/congresspeople. That's just wrong. *I* have to have CPR/First Aid training as a child care provider....
