What do you call a person who doesn't want to associate with people that aren't smart? Stupid? I don't get these people at all. If you don't meet new people, you won't experience new things and then you'd be going around in a circle won't you? UGH. I'm just a tad annoyed ( Read more... )

Hmm... I don't like STUPID people, but they don't have to be SMART in the traditional sense (i.e OMG like, you can't to anti-differentiation? You don;t know the privacy charter of 1947?). People I like to associate, I'd like them to be INSIGHTFUL. Which equals intelligence to me, at least. :3 (I.E un-subtle way of me saying I think you're intelligent. ^^;)

I agree with you there. I like people who are insightful!

My heart raced a little faster when you mentioned anti-differentiation... I can't even remember how to do that... There's a nice big squiggly side at the start and ... *BLANK* ;P I don't even know what the privacy charter is... OH well *SHRUGS*

pffft... if they don't understand what I'm talking about... then its not very good company... you kno... kinda like talking to a plant, communication is kind of important... I think its common sense rather than stupidity :P

I hate people that revel in their ignorance... I'm proud that I don't want to associate with fools

so get narky all you want at me... has nothing to do with experiencing anything but stupidity, hey I once hung out with this guy that smoked pot everyday, so I've experienced all the new kinds stupidity I can :P

am I totally misunderstanding this, or is this some kind of reference to some incident i dunno bout? :\

I think, I rather people be with who they want to be with... not with whoever other people think would be 'right' or 'good' for them... rather they look at people the way they look at people, rather than how somebody else wants them to look at people

as for meeting new people :P not everyone needs new friends... you live a few years, and meet people in all sorts of groups and you realise that 'meeting new people' is really just a hollow pastime of insincere greetings and questions...

I know too many people who almost seem incapable of sincerity or meaning, because they're all too caught up in this 'meeting new people' thing all the time

In absence of any new insights, I'm going to point to the_seijin and say what she did. Yeh.

As for what you call them... Elitist? Snobs? Narrow-minded [insert preferable cuss-word here]?

I don't like people who look down on others for the same reasons. People have so much to offer beyond, I dunno, anti-differentiation capabilities. :P
