Went for a walk today in the beautiful sunshine but I was feeling so good it turned into a walk/jog. The route is 5km and I did it in 42 minutes, average heart rate 152, 505 calories burnt. It's a route to practice for the Olympic Dream 6.5km Run I have signed up for. I'm even going to get a t-shirt from my gym.

You are going to be so toned and buffed when you reach your target with all that excercise you're doing!
