Pop rocks! We loved them. I had so much fun introducing them to my kids. We have a candy store in town that still carries them.

Well, hello there!

Pop Rocks, eh... I haven't had those in a long time. Do they even still make them? I suppose if they still make grape Nehi, they probably still produce Pop Rocks.

Aw. I was hoping it was going to be acid. But, no! Pop Rocks! I knew it all along!

Writing is definitely about collecting experiences we can draw from to tell great stories. And we can dismantle the experiences and reassemble them to make whatever story we're telling work.

I hope the acid comment doesn't reflect badly on me.

Ah, pop rocks -- I'd forgotten all about loving those as a kid. :D

(And for those asking -- yes, they still produce them -- Amazon.com sells a lot of varieties. ;) )
