This was really great. There were just enough hints for met to figure a lot of it out. Though, I had decided that Brian had died some time ago. That made the ending all the more bittersweet.

I was hoping it would be a surprise that the question wasn't who was a ghost, but who wasn't. Now it would be interesting for me to revisit the Roadside In in another story and see how it works telling a story with everyone in on the secret
