The economy woes have hit East Texas. We are always the last to get hit and the last to recover. The hospital where I work informed us this week: there will be no merit raises for FY2010; each employee's PTO hours will be reduced by one hour per pay period; they are selling off the Hemodialysis Unit and are selling or shutting down the Hospice Unit
