I woke up on Friday to some bad news. It wasn't anything tragic, just an unexpected and very callous letter from a family member who I thought cared more about me. My smarter side should have taken that as a sign to stay in bed for a few more hours, but of course I tend to let higher-self Chris sleep a little while longer
