I feel bad for that poor bird. But quite frankly, I wouldn't know what to do for it either.

I've experienced that feeling of doom. It was part of my panic/anxiety attacks. I took pills for it every day for about 2 maybe 3 weeks, but I've stopped since I've been seeing my therapist. Now and then I'll take one, hell I paid for them after all, but I mainly avoid them as much as possible. Maybe its just the time of year.

Maybe it does have something to do with the time of year. Probably not getting enough sunlight or something.

I'm going to get some SAMe by this weekend, and it will start working in about a week. I know I'll feel a lot better when I take it.

I'm glad to hear that you don't have to take your pills much anymore. Hopefully I'll only need the SAMe for a little while.

Yeah, I'm sure the time of year has a lot to do with it.

I'm pretty pleased I don't have to take those pills either. I'd hate to see myself without then and not know what to do.
