Life Update
So my Uni exams are done, which means that unless I failed (which I doubt, unless they somehow lost my assessments), I’m done with Uni. The only time I would need to go back would probably to do various admin stuff like get my academic transcript, and of course, ( Read more... )

Wow, finished with Uni! Hearing about your life is so amazing. I wish I had such clear goals. (And ahaha, still have HSC notes? I threw mine out last week. It felt so good.)

Eh they're not that clear!! ^^; There's so many things that can go wrong, e.g. I end up hating my job, or if I can't handle studying + working, or if I run out of money... but I guess I can only try! :)

Actually the only complete set of HSC notes I have is English. I don't know why I've kept the notes till now, maybe because they're hidden away in a cupboard. Out of sight, out of mind. :D

Ahh, congratulations on finishing and g'luck with the rest of the law training!

Aww, I know how it feels to see someone who you feel that don't deserve all their successes. 'It’s just so frustrating, and futile and stupid' sums it up nicely but sometimes you just can't help it? Anyway, I hope it passes for you.

Thanks!

I hope it passes too, it's really annoying! >_>

I get something similar, but instead of the desire to out-perform them at living, I get the intense urge to physically injure them. Any time the news crosses my path that the person in question isn't dead or in the process of dying in the short term, I get this intense frustration. Sort of a "if they were such a prick to you, why aren't you hitting them? Yeah, that's what I thought."

It's incredibly annoying, and no amount of rationalising seems to make it go away.

Unfortunately, if killing them/out-performing them isn't possible, apparently the only other option is to just wait it out and let the bad feelings pass. IT'S TAKING FOREVERRRR.

I got quite similar D&D results to you, Neutral Good Elf Wizard (3rd Level).
Ability Scores:
Strength- 10
Dexterity- 11
Constitution- 12
Intelligence- 17
Wisdom- 14
Charisma- 14

I think it was weird getting elf, given that I constantly described myself as being paunchy. Oh well.

DnD elves are slightly shorter than humans.
