They are making us take lunches at my work all of the sudden. I mean, everyone eats, but no one really punches out unless they are leaving the building. I punched out like a good little camper every meal I took when I first started some 5 months ago, but when I realized no one else did, I stopped. Now I do it again. I have 10 minutes before I go

i find if i spin everything turns into the same thing. i can look at everything at once and i am happy with this. but other times i am neratic and anxious and want everything to be in its place and have its own seperate compartment. so i plant my feet steadly on the ground and turn my head degree by degree as to seperate all these things around me and let them be distinguished as their own object. so with your music, plant your feet on the ground and look.
