I cant seem to get more than 6 hours of sleep anymore, unless I stay up all night one night and sleep normally the next.  I am not sure but I think the diet I am on is affecting my sleep schedule.  I have been trying to limit the sweetened drinks I have been drinking, and sticking to an almost 2000 calorie diet (read 1800 to 2300)  I am not ( Read more... )

Perhaps the water thing is geographical- do you drink water better when you are at work or out of bottles? You are in the Pawtucket drinking water area. Fake sugars mess with your metabolism- why not try a herbal tea, unsweetened? Nutritionally, its water or mineral water.
