my shoulder is killing me. i don't want to complain, because sterling is already hurt and is complaining, and i don't want to worry rachel. my parents know, but they aren't concerned. it hurts so badly, i could almost cry. county is this weekend. i'm screwed, and so is my poor team. i'm doing everything possible to bring me good luck. i'm wearing

my knee is fine now...complain all you want!!!! even though i did scrape my foot, its all ok, its only going to hurt when the water hits it...but still, complain to your hearts desire and take care of it, put biofreeze on it and ice or heat (whatever is supposed to be on it after a couple days worth of hurt...i think heat) but dont worry about me, even if i hurt the day of county, you would MAYBE here about it once and thats it....and j.b. ....call him again, it wont hurt.
