1) Many aspects of the term, to this point, have been interesting and challenging alike. This was my first exposure to the study of literature and to be honest I found the initial few days a rather daunting experience.However, I have come to look forward to each new week wondering what might be around the corner next.

I too found the initial course outline daunting. Not because I thought it was too much , but because I really had little to no experience analyzing literature. I found too as the weeks have come and gone that I am realizing there is a lot more to what we read. I have also been discovering new works and classic literature that I feel I really should read now -mobby dick being one. Bang on with the terms and examples!

I am the same with you that the first few days of the course were a rather daunting experience. I was scared that i wouldn't be able to get into it but i think the choices of the literature that we went through really helped me because i rather enjoyed them.
