I like how your Eulogy focused on the positive aspects of Oedipus' life.

I liked the positive aspect of your obituary as well, and reading the words "adoring citizens of Thebes" it brought up for me the question of how forgiving the citizens might be. On the one hand it was his sin that caused the people of thebes such difficulties. But then on second thought I think of so many powerful people whose sins become quite public but somehow the public do selective forgetting, and they go on as if nothing had happened like for instance Clinton (scandalous affairs), or Martha Stewart (being a jail bird), or Mulroney (money scandal), etc.. etc..

I really enjoyed your obituary for Oedipus. I thought it was very well written. I was able to learn a little about his life and character.
