Ok, I have had to sit on this since October but I am finally able to let you all know. Today I signed the paper work for an out-of-court settlement to head off a wrongful termination claim in court. TI cannot discuss the terms of the settlement so I will just leave it at that.

It was. Not ideal (i.e. I probably am moving back home at the end of the month) but the financial part of it is enough to pay off bills and such.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it :(

But on the bright side, I got to sign my settlement check over to the attorney which is the last step before getting the money :)

I'm pretty sure that we'll be able to figure a weekend in there somewhere! We still just have to figure out what weekends we're busy: my bro's coming from Vancouver and a friend that I haven't seen for over two years is planning on coming down, too!
