I am pondering whether a short term rental might not be the way forward for Manchester as well, but I dont fancy moving twice. It all depends how house sale stuff goes I guess.

How are you finding the market?

My finely tuned senses have picked up the line 'I received some excellent presents and also an ironing board cover from Chris.' Hmmm, so you don't like the wonderful present bought for you by your wife to be? :)
