So, I just spoke with my dad and he's going to pay my deposit for me. Come June 30, I will be out of this hell hole. All I have to do now is find a new place and get together enough money for a pet deposit and possibly a moving van.

When I started planning ahd scheming last month for my upcoming move, I checked out moving trailers to hitch onto my VW... and the prices scared me out of the notion of taking any furniture with me. Which isn't such a bad thing since there's plenty of furniture at the future address, but it was shocking to see how much trailers and vans cost to rent. Gah. Of course, the charges were for driving across the whole friggin country, so... YMMV (literally).
