I think I'm through with hard alcohol. Beer and cider and things of that nature seem to be fine, but mixed drinks always leave me feeling tired the next day. Of course, I could also be feeling tired due to the fact that I haven't been able to work out properly since Saturday. I agree, exercise is a great antidepressent.

Nope. It's an interesting idea and I wish I could do it because it would be ideal for my lifestyle, but it doesn't work very well with my need to take medication at certain times.

I know how you feel--I suffer emotionally after not running for a few days. It's the only thing that can keep my mood balanced.

Heating pads work wonders for reducing back pain in lieu of advil. I have heard that exercise releases endorphins, which make you happy. Keep it up! You give me hope for getting back on my own exercise program as soon as my foot heals.
