soulseek. I've never had a problem with it.

you can buy stuff cheap at allofmp3.ru, usually like a dollar an album.

I get all my music, movies and tv shows as well as computer programs off Limewire. I like it and really have never had a problem with it.

For Windows, I also use Limewire. As long as you stay away from the files that are only a few hundred kb when you KNOW you want a much, much larger .mp3 or program file--or whatever--then you'll be okay. Just apply common sense, and you'll download happily.
