feeling blue...
I just realized how homesick I am......its not that I miss CU that much....its more that I miss my friends so deeply.....I hate that I only get to look at photos of them and not see them in person, hug them, laugh with them.....I'm trying to find people here in Rapid to relate too, but there is so much missing in the connections that I'm making

In an effort to cheer you up, I'll admit I was wrong about the weather in Rapid City, it's currently warmer there than it is here. The highs here are barely twenty for the rest of this week.
I still can't believe that.
But give it time. It took a while to find a bunch of friends in CU (even though you brought some with you) and I have no doubt that in a couple of months, you'll have a bunch of friends there as well. Things will get better when the days get longer and warmer.
.....and if not, you can always move back to CU *covertly crosses her fingers under the desk*
