Yeah, the rain was actually nice for me. It kept me not too busy all day (cause food can't be eaten in the rain, apparently), and it stopped with just enough time for the parade (I was at the one wagon that shuts down during the parade and lets you watch it), so I didn't have to miss the fun of waving to characters!

It was kinda icky how it kept stopping and starting and stopping and starting, but overall it ended up being okay for me.

That hot chocolate sounds good, actually! I've been wrapped up in a blanket all evening, but I think I'll put the kettle of hot water on for some good cocoa! I got a big thing of Swiss Miss recently and have been muchly enjoying the hot chocolate. ^_^

It is still icky and rainy today, but I'll just have to remember that the cold front is following the rain, and that will make it feel festive.
And all the better for more hot chocolate!
I have just a little bit of the Ghirardelli cocoa left, so I think I'll need to stock up on more soon!

It's awesome that you can enjoy the parade and not have to miss all of the fun!
