Classical music brings different ages together regardless the decade. Korea now presents a performance showcasing exactly that and it's with Recompose.
Recompose is made up with four composes coming from different countries. They come together to reinterpret Korean classical music.
The Composers
Baudouin de Jaer from Belgium
He will showcase with a Korean orchestral work with traditional instruments.
Michael Timpson from the United States
He will also showcase orchestral work but with a rhythmical feel to it as well with some jazz.
Takada Midori from Japan
He will a dynamic Korean orchestral music with an overwhelming strength of sound and rhythm.
Chichun Lee from Taiwan
He will offer oriental but modern sounds by using many ranges of Korean traditional musical instruments and using different melodies of each instrument.
Recompose will be performed at the Main Hall, HAE, sponsored by the National Theater.
